You just need a bit of custom fabrication and it will work!!!*th-up*

You have to admit it looks better than nothing underneath.

I think if the bottom edge were straighter it would look better. The bow looks a bit off with the alum bumper.

Fil the straps of my bike rack would have to go on the bottom of the piece pictured, with some pressure, I would fear shattering.

Hmmm.... September sounds decent, I will keep you posted... the '86 should be back on the road by then.

BTW- You called me in Feb. regarding an ad in the iSell asking about some late E30 bumpers, I may have a set in alpine white available soon, I'll let you know what's going on.

Does the tow hook have to be cut off?

So how much is this piece, shipped to the US (Oregon)? This is EXACTLY what I've been looking for for my car, I want one BAD.

Can we get some side shots? What type of mounting is used, and how does it mount? Will mounting brackets need to be fabricated by the buyer? Could we wee pics of it mounted?

I only ask so many questions because now that I know it fits pre-88 cars, I'm going to buy one for sure.

Hey,
Just wanted to let you know that Eurostyle (Fil) is leaving for Europe today. His business is also going to be closed until September. You wont be able to order one until then.

Just be a little patient I'm sure he'll try to answer your questions if he gets a chance to while he is in Europe.

Its a nice piece, Im still trying to convince myself i dont need one. That and I dont want to convince my gf i do need one.

I had one on my e30.

Anyone have any leads on where I could get one? Would it be hard to make with my modest fiberglassing skills if someone had one?

Or does anyone know something else I could put under the rear plastic bumper on my 1987 car?

Cut the lower half of an M-TechII rear bumper and make it fit. (Which is what that piece is a replica of.)

Or there is a Hartge & AC Schnitzer Rear valence, but that might be even harder to find.

Sounds good. I'll have to hunt around for that. Might end up making a fiberglass replica of one, if I can find someone with one.
