I would say low to mid 30s. Probably more in the mid 30s with low kms. Is it auto or standard?

32,000 to 36,000 depending on condition, warrenty, certified series.

^ that's about right... wholesale on that car is about $29,000 for a clean 330i, 50K, leather.

$31,000 to $32,000 would be a good price.

The problem I find is that most of these cars that have low mileage are at dealers. When dealers get cars back(lease or trades), they keep the low kms ones on good condition and auction off the rest. So if you want a low km 330, you will probably only find one at a dealer and they will try and rape you on the price. Just look in the autotrader.
