I was reading through a bunch of HID tutorials and they all say that you are required to replace fuse numbers 11 and 12 with 15w fuses. I was wondering how much would the dealer charge for these fuses or would it be possible for me to pick them up from somewhere else?

as gamite said, blade fuses are available at Canadian Tire. If you go to the dealer, they'll probably give you one for free.

I buy my fuses from the dollar store. I get a package with 14 fuses. (2x 5A, 2x 10A, 4x 15A, 4x 20A, 2x 30A) for $1. I did some tests on them with the amp meter, and tests blowing them... they're no different than the Canadian Tire ones.

Don't replace them immediately.

I know guys running 35w HID kits on 7.5A fuses still, it's fine. I'm running 10A (for high-wattage bulbs prior to HID conversion) and they have never blown. Personally I like the idea of having less headroom in that department.
