Depends on the condition and year. Between $60,000 and $180,000

All of the work will be done by myself.

I bought this so that I can convert it into a motorhome. The reason is I would like to attend all track days for motorcycles in North America.

Thats awsome, Limo-Tint all the windows aswell, it would make it look like someone famous on tour!

What is the government looking/inspecting for? and why 4 different inspections?

1) Inspection for RIV to ensure that the bus is actually a bus. Also that it complies to Canadian standards.
2) I'm raising the roof by 12", after it has to be inspected to ensure it is safe.
3) Once converted to a motor home it has to go for an RV inspection.
4) Last inspection is for the "Canadian Safety Inspection"

Nice man, lol. Get a couple of MTX Jackhammers for that puppy! Some Hydro's and 28" rims, or make it look like the monaco. You can put central Vac, and a washer dryer as well.

With a price tag of 1.5 Million and higher it should be nuts.

I would keep the exterior the way it is, just tint the windows super dark. Inside, configure it like one of the motor home plans.. That would look cool. I am just not a fan of those fancy color schemes and stuff.

This stage of the game you have to think of re-sale value.
