Suitable Turbos for my application...

Well i am considering going the FI route, i want to go with a custom kit though. I wanna start buying things so hopefully by winter i can install it.

I have a really good deal on a brand new turbo, the specs are:

GARRETT INTERNALS T3/T4 T04"E"

. 50 A/R COMPRESSOR

.63 A/R TURBINE

.57 TRIM

5 BOLT EXHAUST FLANGE

WET FLOATING BEARINGS

COMPRESSOR HOUSING A/R RATIO .63

OIL COOLED

SPOOLS HARD, AND SPOOLS FAST!

WASTEGATE SPECS:

BRAND NEW IN THE BOX 40 MM WASTEGATE,
WITH ADJUSTABLE BOOST CONTROLLED SPRING

10 Psi TO 18 PsI



Now would this be a good turbo for a 2.5non vanos motor? What would the power delivery be like? I dont plan on going higher than 8-9psi. Would this turbo flow all the way to redline or would it max out as well? I would want something that doesnt lag too much, but hits hard and hard all the way until redline (7000rpm). What do you guys think? Also...are turbos with V band flanges better than the standard 5 bolt exhaust flange? What are the benefits etc, accessibility or easy removal? Also...where can I get a custom manifold made along with mandrel bent piping done?

The specs that you posted are the same specs on my turbo
turbo is good up to 400 hp. On your motor you would max out that turbo between 15 and 17 psi max. For 8 or 10 psi it'll flom well all the way to red line

i need turbo in mine to...or s/c.,.so the info u gave was good...cause mines gunna begin to be worke don in winter as well...how much thios costin u around?
