Hey guys, I'm new to this forum and I'm just saying hi. Glad to see a mostly Canadian forum all for bmw's. Is anyone on here not from ontario or quebec? Any westerners??
Well I'll be glad to get advice for my 1998 328IS on here. Thanks!

welcome. Let me start by sayin this is one of the best BMW Forums going. There are many people on this board with heavily modified cars, and many are willing to lend a hand. Feel free to ask questions and advice will find it's way to you (often amazingly quickly) Anyway, happy modding, or maintaining, or whatever your particular case may be. Dave*th-up*

BTW....The SEARCH function is one of your best friends

If you are interested in meeting people in your area, maybe you could also try Bimmerforums, there are a bit of people from Calgary there.

I am a member there too. But it never hurts to have lots of input.

nice car! that montrealblue? your car looks like 328 2 NV's car

as for what to do? well, the usual (tints, drop, rims, mtech all around, clears all around)

i suggest you check out different tuners and aftermarket companies, find a few bmw's you like, and take the elements you like from them and incorporate them onto your own car:D

Dude, all you need is clear indicator lights (Front/Back) and Rims. Finish it off with a nice drop, and your good to go*wave*
There are also many types of Angel Eyes kits available. For the E36 Model, you have to get new (Projector) headlights to be able to fit the rings inside. Remember, "You pay for what you get" , so do your research and pick the best one that suits you.
(I'm also a fan of Angel Eyes; just had my kit installed today)

For performance gains, the basic bolt ons (chip/intake/exhaust) should do the trick. Add a short shift kit and your set. Personally I think Dinan is WAY too expensive.

PS...Once you start to modify your car, its really hard to stop*angel*
