I have posted that I have an s50 for sale before, but I thought I would out a new spin on it.
The engine and transmission are from a 1995 m3, with 100k miles.
Quick Break down of what will be included and/or installed:
M3 DME
e34 oil pan and gasket
Dipstick and tube
Pickup with new gasket
Valvecover gasket
Front seal
NGK Copper plugs
Shifter linkage of your choice
Output flange swapped with m20 flange so you can use your guibo and DS (unless otherwise discussed)
e28 535is Motormounts, .25 inch spacer for passengerside
Wiring harness adapter
I will also include a new ground strap, and a few feet of fuel line
The clutch is in good condition... that will remain the same, meaning engine and transmission will not be seperated at all.

This will get you way past the half way point. You will have to replace and modify your brake booster. Also get proper radiator, if necessary, and have your exhaust fabbed...
I think $4800 shipped is fair. Engine will arrive with no oil in engine or transmission, and shifter linkage will not be attached, will be in package.
