devon do an upgrade at rogers.. u can get the rzor and or E1 for $99

i would and im with rogers but the phone i have isnt a rogers phone...i got it off ebay from hong kong...i dont think they will let me do the upgrade with a phone that isnt one of their phones that they carry.
