Wow Raffa your car looks gorgeous, must be a great drive too.

Are those wheels 17, and whats the pro on the tire? which leads me to ask what suspension setup you have on their, or what kinda drop.
I really like how it doest tuck to much in the rear, I hate that sag ass look that some drops give cars.

Also what bodykit is that?

Cheers Man

Probably one of the sickest e30s in toronto, and its so clean and simple if you passed by it quickly you couldn't even tell.

I believe thats the BMP kit, his 5-lug suspension setup is even crazier, the brakes a huge i can't remember exactly what parts he used, but his suspension setup is just as crazy as the engine swap.

Raffa man, your car is MINT!!! A much cleaner install than Vals S38 swap no doubt. Who did the install if you don't mind me asking?

It wouldn't even be a comparison, honestly. Raffa has more torque and weighs a lot less. If he actually gets traction, he'd be gone.

Who did the install if you don't mind me asking?
He did it himself, he owns his own shop...a Goodyear in Brampton I believe.

Thanks a lot guys. Craz Azn this is picture of Val's car after I spend aprox. 150 hours fixing what other "specialists" did to her (except ones that fixed a few things properly) . Actualy I had to redo all of it except bolting-in the engine & tranny, which is 4 bolts that hold these two to the body (cooling system, wireing, exhaust, intake, lack of power, stalling.....). What you see on the picture is also done by me and this is about 25% of the job. Rest of it is not visible. My shop was in Brampton, I've sold the business two months ago. I am of to Europe for vacation soon. I might be bringing some goodies back with me.Take care guys.

raffa
02-28-2006, 12:58 AM
My last vacation was 10 years ago, and I was tired from everything. If I open another shop, it will be strictly BMW, service, restauration, conversions and that kind of work. When I come back from Europe I'll know more. And I don't mind you asking me a question. Take care Paul.

The time I decided to walk away from North American e30s (due to rust issue), I see the masterwork Raffa has. It is a pity. ...

Amazing car you have there Raffa.

Sweet ride Raffa. After driving Val's beast last summer, I can assure everyone that the thing really moves for a 3.9L Dinan stroker.

raffa
02-28-2006, 10:41 AM
Thanks everyone.
Randy, Val's car car now puls about 15-20 % harder, evenly from 1500rpm to 8000rpm, than when you drove it last summer. I wasn't done with her yet. Val was driving the car on the weekend and I was working on her in between. This way he had a chance to enjoy the car during the summer aswell. Take care.

This is not one of my favorite e30's of all time, it IS my favorite e30 of all time. You seriously need to see this car up on a hoist to fully appreciate it inside and out. Completely rust free, the custom work looks like it was done from the BMW factory. Interior, exterior, everything is perfect. The rolled fenders, suspension, and wheels, and brakes were done with perfect precision. I can't even fit my pinky under the rear wheels, yet still no rubbing. The S38 looks like it was built for this car. Take a look at the custom work done on that intake box. The quality is in the details... pictures don't do it justice.

Have a safe vacation to Europe Raffa.

You guys are forgetting the other red beast that is the same in all aspects, other than maybe power.

NICK P's e30 is on the same level, if not higher(both debateable) than Raffa's. IMO, therese 2 e30's(Nick and Raffa's) are probably the BEST NON M e30's in all of North America, yes, better than Jordan's, 10X.

02-28-2006, 02:15 PM
I would love to do a photoshoot of NickP's car and Raffa's. Both are unbeleivably well modded, everything was done with extreme care on both cars. Choosing one over the other would be personal preference, honestly.
