this is the chip for the e30 325 173 DME got it from Mark D made for stock injectors.
For stock injectors? Is this a 91 octane?
I thought Marks 173 DME chip can work with either stock or bigger injectors as it will learn when it is installed in the car (whethere it has stock or bigger)?
I could easily be wron tho, is it that the 93 Octane chip is for bigger injectors & the 91 is usuable with stock?

I am looking for one....but no idea what will fit my CPU. I have 1990, 325i.
Also, are there different octane levels.....is it more hp since higher compression before spark?
this one i ordered for 93 octane but it is programmed for stock injectors rated @ 15psi max(i think) i'm not sure if the computer adjusts to higher rated injectors, you might wanna call Mark D to find that out. still for sale so let me know. thanks!

Maybe you should try emailing markD asking if a chip that was for stock injectors would work with bigger injectors or watever you plan on doing.
yeah Mark D is hard to get a hold of but my theory is that this chip will work with bigger injectors, however, it will give max pressure of stock injectors. but how much pressure do you need? how much work do you have to your engine? or how much do you plan on doing? I don't know if this helps but i only have Ireland Engineering headers with high flow cat, Mark D chip and
K & N filter. 1/4 mile time from 16.4(stock) to a 15.9sec. this works for me.
oh and Mark D programs his own chips so he can program for different injectors, i'm pretty sure he can make changes according to what you have done to your engine. Oh and thanks for the interest but sorry if i can't answer some of your questions.
