I mean if you want the contract, not cancle it. I just want the phone though.

I'm not saying to everybody who just go to open one and give me the phone. I say to someone who need a new contract and want to keep their old phone.

Also, is the battery really such bad? I think it say about 300 hours or something, right?

Also, their price is just maybe 30-50 more than some chinese shops in P mall.

i've been readin up on the phone cause i wanted to get one, the battery lasts a day (24 hours if ur lucky). thats why u get 2 batteries. im saying u start a contract, buy the phone for contract price, then cancel it a couple weeks later. i worked it out, its about 700.

they told me if I cancel the contract, then I need to pay $200 penalty. then totally will be more than $800.

Right now I still have about 1.5 year long with rogers, so whatever I cancel any of the 2, I still need to pay $200 though.

true, the way im suggesting would be a bit over 700, but still cheaper than one new.

no one has to sign on contract with rogers to stay with them. they give you the phone cheaper to sucker you into being with them for another 2 years. no one is going to sign a contract and give you their insentive.. just my thought

the ONLY reason to sign a contract is for a cheaper phone.

you can sign a plan without going on a contract.

so i don't see your reasoning?

i'm not trying to suond like an asshole, but i'm confused.

I bought a good phone 2 years ago from my home country.

At that time, I just want to open a account and Rogers had a student promotion plan for 3 years. so I just sign on the contract, and gave the free phone to my friend then.
