Are there any group buys on snows? Where can I get cheap tires?

Any thoughts on Bridgestone Blizzaks LM 22 vs. Dunlop M3? Which one is better?

Personally, i'll go with Nokian Hakkapelliittas.

There were a few group buys going on, but they have already come and gone. And as for getting tires in Toronto- the 2 main stores I go to in the east end are already out of the good stuff- but they might still have something...

Wheels Direct (on Sheppard) and Steelcase Tires and Mags. Search them on yellow.ca. Costco got some stuff too, and have large inventory- but very little selection.

I have Dunlop Winter Sport M3 on the sedan with 205/50R17 and Bridgestone LM-22's on my cab with 225/45R17.

They are about the same noise wise. We haven't had any real snow yet, so I can't comment on the snow performance between the 2. In the dry, the Bridgestones stick slightly better on the corners (but this can be attributed to wider tires).

The LM-22 is replaced with the LM-25. The tread pattern is slightly different, but it is pretty much the same tire (in the sense that the same compound is used throughout the tire, instead of the top 50%).

They are both good tires and you can't go wrong with either. The Dunlop Winter Sport M3 was cheaper brand new if cost is consideration.

I am running the LM22's on my E90 and can't say enough about them. I had them on an IS300 and they worked wonders there too. I run a 215-45-17 all around on some replica M5 rims.
