eh never mind i found it, turns out if your car comes with this special life time fluid on your tranny will be a small green plate which says life time OL

My car came with the lifetime stuff, but i recently replaced it with redline ATF fluid, when the car is cold, shifting requires a bit more effort than it did before, but when warm, i can run through my gears MUCH MUCH smoother! have maybe 15-20k on the redline, and it still feels good...

in the bently repair manual i downloaded it just says theres a green plate on the tranny it self i believe on the bottom, my next oil change when my car is on the lift im gonna sneek a peek under for a full inspection and to see which plate i have.
