Sweet ride. I'm in the process of dismantling one of these bad boys right now. They seem to hold up much better than e30's in terms of rust and drivetrain. Even high km e28's look near new after many years. Loving the rims too.

Gamite: The furthest my e28's been is mississauaga down by dixie/derry ( dads work). Ive got the whole M5 theme happening( but sad to say the chrome around the windows is just black tape)... but shhh dont tell anyone or it will be chrome by tomorrow. I love the car to death, but still isnt running 100%. at idle the car will just quit after a few minutes and there are still a few bugs to figure out.

I plan on lowering it this winter while it is off the road w/ an Eibach pro kit, but from what i hear my rears will rub, so i may have a little fender grinding to do.

Thanks for all the kind words guys

you can get e30 euro bumpers from the dealer, i think they are 300 or so dollars each, not bad considering. Try the stealer, you may be surprised.

oldskool3- Thank you, I love my e28, I couldnt say that a year ago but the more I drive it the more I love it.. My car was also given to me by my pops, and used to be a 528e. but not anymore :D

bmwm5lover - I never knew the E30 euro bumpers would fit on the e28s!! I always knew the front indicator lights were the same but didnt think the bumpers would fit.
And your right $300 really isnt that much. Thank you for the info I think i might give BMW a call next week.

No no, the e30 bumpers wont fit on the e28, its too wide. I am saying call the dealer to see if they can still get them, since they can get the e30 ones.

A blue M5, imported euro?

I WISH!!! but no. The pervious owner told us the man who owned the car before him(Asian fella, lived around T.O i believe) painted the car blue
(and claims its a BMW colour, but im not sure if it is ) And the front BMW emblem was shaved and was filled in. It boggles my mind why someone would take a car like that and change the colour. but when the funds are available the car will be painted back to black.
