It is NOT a M20... it is a S50... I know.... many little differences to the M20 VS S50... I doubt u can put a M50/S50 head on a M20... i figure it would be too much to change the pistons, the chains and or belts... better off with a regular plain jane S50/M50 instead of trying to experiment. IMO
Sean, you dont trust me? ahahahaha I know dude, I need all the $$ I can get... heres a good way for me to do so :P :P :P They dont call me craZy for nothin  lol

He has a point there zimmie, that engine looks chain driven, I dont see any plastic timing belt cover.
Whats ur reason for saying its an m20?

Maybe because that's what the driver's web page says it is?

Im sorry thats BS*thmbsdwn* that guy thinks hes got a m20 in his car, lol....
There is a euro S50 in my dads shop and I looked at it compared to a regular M20 block.... the euro S50 under my dads shelf is EXACTLY the same as the motor thats in that race car in those pics....
forget this.... I dont need to prove my point. find a pic of a euro S50 and you will see what I mean:rolleyes:

MMM.. I think this is a euro S50 like craz_azn.
If you go on his website you'll see that the M20 thing is related to the chassis not to the engine.

It's an M20 with a rare 24V DOHC head conversion.

Where do you see an oil filter? It's likely relocated or not visible because of the headers. It's NOT an S50, the guy who built it says it's a M20, but some curb-jumping-punk is going to say it's not.
Sorry about the curb-jumping part, couldn't resist :D
No hard feelings, LOL.

^^ :P gee thanks, hahaha
on the S50, the filter thingy is on the left side of the block. how would you relocate a oil filter anyways? it is casted into the block, you cant change it dude. anywho, i dont care.... all the power to you and that 'm20' :D
