Just had some pictures taken by a professional for a calendar that some local clubs are putting together to raise money for a charity. What do you guys think of them and which one would you choose to put in it?

Looking good Fukes. I should have asked to get some pics done while he was shooting for the calender. I have a few of his pics of me at AMP on my wall. I like pictures 3 and 4 the most.

looks good....one of the things i don't like about e36s is that fan that show so well when you put a big mouth bumper on it.
i love the reflection on the first and third pic...damn your car is clean.

Fukes: I really like the wheels, and how come I haven't seen you out at the track in Shubi yet? Lapping day on the 16th.

This summer has been a total right off for the track. Doing a lot of work on my house and they just finished putting a new basement on it so I'll be busy with that for a while. I'll be in Toronto from the 15th till the 29th so no track again.

Working sadly. But one more lapping day on the 16th and I'll be satisfied for the summer. I figure I will have done about 200 laps at AMP this year after next weekend. Too bad you can't make it, but there's always next season.

I will be there for sure next year. I have to make a few brake upgrades and I'm also going to take the BMW school next year. Should be a good summer of racing instead of spending money and time on my house.

#1 is the best. What kind of front bumper is that, as well, what kind of mirrors? I'm new to the BMW world. Thanks

fukes
10-10-2005, 11:55 AM
The front is a Rieger (E46) m3 bumper and the mirrors are just m3 mirrors

Is the bumper a direct bolt on or is there alot of work in getting it to fit?

fukes

Other then paint it's a direct bolt on. Some can come with imperfections.

Good plan on the school, but I wouldn't be too worried about brake upgrades starting out. You will be suprised how good your stock pads are especially in the beginning. I have SS lines now, super blue fluid, and I use Hawk HP+ on the track.

I will be doing the June school for sure, maybe the September one again depending on funds. I have done 4 now at AMP and enjoy it thoroughly. However, I will probably spend more time lapping than schools next season. Better bang for your buck once you gain some experience/instruction.

The brake upgrade is due to the fact that I roasted the shit out of the ones I have on now. They are cross drilled but I had them out to a few solos and toasted the left side pretty bad and now when I come to a stop from high speeds in shakes the wheel. I also would like to get better pads on there also. How are the HP's for noise and dust?

Can you recommend a good place to purchase one of these bumpers? I live in the Toronto area. What should I expect to pay for one?

Shaun is located in Nova Scotia. I'm sure I can get a hold of him but I'm not sure he would be willing to go to Ontario.

I'm not from Toronto so I would not be able to give you a good Idea of where to get one of these bumpers. Also not sure on what they charge there for parts.
