That price is a bit high since S52 motors these days go for 2-3500 USD. The price range you're referring to is even above low milage S54 motors with all accessories and wiring which produce 333 hp.

I could see this one seling in the 4.5-5K USD range especially since I don't see performance header (kromerkraft, etc.) or manifold included...

furthermore on a "built" motor you're leaving a plastic thermostat housing???
