I'll take the cats.

What are the specs for the cams?

This is an item that Racing Dynamics doesn't sell anymore (too old of a car) so I couldn't find the spec. But they always carry only one spec per item and their products always complement the car.

The cat got sold last night along with the Ireland engineering muffler: it sounds nice and deep, but not too loud and the tips are very nice looking.

Thanks bruno for the cat and ireland exhaust.
The car sound and performance are great. *th-up*

This is what I have on my 328i M52 engine and it runs great.

its bolt on, altho most would highly recomend you get software after to help you gain more power/tq (the power increase is good, but the manifold will make you loose torque without software)
