temp. need help [Archive] - maXbimmer Forums

hello guys,

Summer is started in my place and it comes more than 49 C

so I want to make an upgrade to the A/C fan blower, in order to keep the car temp. fine and not to get any problems,

so I did the following :-

1. new thermostat 70 C (it comes 80C)
2. new water pump ( the old one was ok but got new one )
3. Changed the fan blower with a faster one (originally it comes with 1300 CFM the one which I got is 3000 + but it is one speed )
4. water wetter and coolant water.
5. New radator.

The temp. guage still showing high temp. ?

the car is E34 540i

so any other suggestions guys ?

...... wait.
you're talking about the internal temperature in the cabin right?.. so you upgraded the A/C.

Doesn't the TEMP on the guage cluster tell you the temperature OUTSIDE?

That is unfortunate... or a good joke.
Well, if this isn't a jock, the temperature gauge is on the instrument clutster and it is a needle type gauge.
