Noise is from below the right rear seat, so I think it's the fuel pump. It hisses and it's loud. Possibly the fuel pump going? Car has been running a bit rough (eg. idle, vibration). I changed the plugs, but didn't check the coils. FP not working properly causing the car to run funny? The fuel usage needle has been showing comsumption higher than usual.

Make sure you put the stock plug and no other ones (I don't recommend platinum 4) they should be F7LDCR if my memory serves me right.
Check the coils, even with the right resistance, you can have a bad coil, the last one I changed was sparking at night.
A bad fuel pump can create driveability problems yes. And if it is louder than normal you might want to keep a close eye on it.
When was the last time the fuel filter was changed?

If your engine mounts are shot, then the idle will rock the car.

sounds like it's going... possibly getting clogged up.

Lift the seat up for a closer inspection... feel it for any vibrations.
