hey guys i did a fan delete to my e36 328i, but my aux fan decided to crap out on me... so now i went out and bought an electric fan to put in... my question is do i have to remove the rad in order to get the tie rods hooked up or is there any way to put it on without removing the rad

The aux fan is in front of the condenser, behind the bumper. You need to remove the bumper to access it.

yes i know that.. but i want to put a fan behind the rad as a puller... do i have to remove the rad to do so.. or do u think there is enough room or some kinda trick to get the tie rods secure.

The fan is less efficient as a puller. Then you will need a larger fan.
You will have a hard time fitting it without removing the rad.
Remove the shroud and the expansion tank then drain the rad and pull it out. You will do a better job that way.

so is it easier to replace the aux fan with my electric?

basically i dont wanan pull my rad and do the least amount of work lol
so either as a pusher or puller... so in front of rad to replace aux fan.. or behind rad..

Well, it was easy for me as I remove the condenser. But you might have to play around to fit it.
The best is to pull everything and see where your fan will fit, then either make braket or use the wires they gave you to install it...

Shouldn't be too hard.
