Just thought I'd point out a relevant detail about the newly elected Pope Benedict XVI. At one point in his life, he worked for BMW! Well, sorta.

Quote from Wikipedia.org:

"In 1943, at the age of 16 he was, along with the rest of his class, drafted into the Flak or anti-aircraft corps, responsible for the guarding of a BMW plant outside Munich."

Pope Benedict XVI (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Cardinal_Ratzinger)

Think he drives a Bimmer? :D
