Most bmw's in that era are like that, the rear fender is actually lightly square. Mine is like that too. I guess its just BMW styling, I like it.

Jenn, Somehow when I look at your car, I think that Flares would look much better. Like Jon said, your gonna need some new wheels or spacers.

I am probably repainting this winter, and my body shop will do a widebody or fenderflare for practically nothing, so I figured why not......
I was thinking more of the fenderflare my self... The widebody kinda scares me.....I would be afraid to drive it everyday...

I would never EVER put spacers on my car......
I looking for new rims right now anyways... not sure what style yet.... I am gonna sit on it for awhile....

I'd do Flares... Widebody's are cool, but Flares give it a nice clean look.

I say get either the Esquiss or Schnitzer widebody kit. That would look nice, btw, what color are you painting your car?

Saj, second pic is a widebody with flares.
And it is the best.

That's true ... kinda like this one too.*th-up* I think it's by Esquisse Rafale or something of that nature.

I agree. It's very costly. Plus, you gotta factor in, would you be driving it everyday? If so then I would just get the flares. If you have a car on the side then I say go with the widebody.

Reasoning: It's nice to drive such a hot car (widebody) but since it looks so nice, I personally would feel bad for driving it everyday. I would consider it a Show Car or Weekend Fun Car. To drive it everyday and having the chances set a lot higher of something going wrong would just freak me out.

i think the flares look nicer and will be much easier to put on and cost alot less.
Widebody is really cool, but you get into alot of costs involved, especially getting rims to fit the kit

my next car is definately getting flares, but nothing too drastic, just a body kit like this one:
