you have to really take a look at the car to see if it is a real M3 cause alot of people may just drop the M3 3.0L in it but it may not be a real one i would go down there before you buy to get a good check. I know a few people who got scammed like that.

Detailed Vehicle History Definitions:

Failed Emissions Inspection
The emissions check performed during a vehicle inspection indicated the vehicle was emitting more than allowable emissions standards and/or had missing or modified parts. Repeated failed emissions records can indicate engine problems and CARFAX recommends you have the vehicle inspected.

First Owner
When the first owner(s) obtains a title from a Department of Motor Vehicles as proof of ownership.

Mileage Inconsistency
If a more recent odometer reading is less than an older reading but CARFAX is uncertain whether the discrepancy is a rollback or a clerical error, then CARFAX calls it a "Mileage Inconsistency". In this case, you should verify the mileage with your dealer or a qualified mechanic.

New Owner Reported
When a vehicle is sold to a new owner, the Title must be transferred to the new owner(s) at a Department of Motor Vehicles.

Personal Use
Vehicle was registered by the owner for private or personal use.

yea the bolsters on the seats look terrible, if the right bolster on the driver side is that bad I can't even imagine how raped the left one is...

I don't know what it is with these E46 bumpers on E36 cars, I really don't see how they look good or fit well at all, the whole look of the car is ruined with the styling of the E46 bumper.....it must be just me cuz allot of people seem do it

ya I just think the E36 M3 bumper suited the car, the E36 is a big ass box with sharp lines, so is the E36 m3 bumper.... the e46 bumper is just too bubbly and has round edges everywhere...doesn't suit the car one bit in my eyes....overall though that car isn't too bad and I love the colour *th-up*

nah i think the right one is so bad from all that shifting..his elbow probably rubs the shit outta it after every gear :D

showcar my @$$....this is his daily driver!...but seems like a decent car...check it out in person...also i'm not feelin the 7series grille(i think thats where it's from), i prefer the late model e36s style :P

If I were you, I would stay away from that.. 14,500USD is about 17,700CDN which is a bit lower than the average asking price for a 1995 M3. Another thing is the mileage. It's 119,000 miles which isn't so bad, but if you look at the carfax report it mentioned that the odometer reading was played around with..

imo, stay away from this car. Just try to find an E36 M3 in the GTA so you can check it out and drive it to your mechanic for a check up :)

Definitely dont like the look of the e46 bumper on e36's. The lines dont flow at all! *no-no*

And theres no hood roundel!!

Just saw this too:
This car was featured in eurotuner magazine in august, as the car of the month. It is also currently sponsored and it is very likely that the $12,000 co-op sponsership will be carried on to the next owner.

I wouldn't do it.
This guys claims it's a show car yet it isn't, therefore he has probably beaten the shit out of it and not to mention all the mods. To me, it's a ruined M3.

I'd take sloveniaboy's M3 over this car and pay more.

There's plenty of stock ones around with the same or less km's on it. Sure it's more money, but it's well worth it.

Dude that car is butchered! Remember Mods dont automatically Increase the Value of a car! The seats look like shit and it has a few bolt on upgrades and very recent paint job - why was it painted?

The price is wayyy out of whack - try DOUBLE what that car is worth. Within the last few months I have seen 2 1995 M3s in US go for around $7-8000USD. each one had a bit higher mileage but bone stock and clean.

Bling = Beaten in my books ;)

the wear and tear of those vaders may suggest actual mileage might be more than being advertised.

front & rear bumper on an M3 should remain stock, not feeling the show look, paint doesnt look top notch although it is a picture. Just watch out for shady practices out there. Stock in and out is the way to go (with minimal and acceptable mods, like chip, clears etc are ok) if you want to retain the value of the M3 so that show stuff just devalued it in my books.

This is what set me off first...."I do not have the time to show it due to my going away to college". Would you buy any car from an 18 year old?? (no offense to the 18's year olds on the board)
