Please Help An Idiot Print Tnucu's Gauge Faces

I downloaded the .gif file with tnucu's gauge faces. I can't figure out how to print this on my computer. What program do I use? How do I change the dpi? If I goto Kinko's and tell them that I want this file changed to 600dpi and then printed on _____ type of paper will they know how to do it?

you need a program like photoshop
open them up and if you goto image size
i believe you can change the DPI there
make sure not to change the actual scale though
