This is the best time to install a lightweight flywheel.

If your flywheel is the same as a '01-'02 325i then Fidanza (http://www.fidanza.com/Products.aspx?id=alumFlywheels) makes a lightweight one......... PN# 195461

And www.bullyclutch.com should had a clutch for you as well.

generally teh clutch isnt covered, i dotn even know why they chaged it, no matter what millage you hve on teh car they shouldnt cover it at all,
unless when they take it apart tehy see a defect, however my car had no defect, so i honestly dont have a clue why they did it, but im picking it up today, so its all good, saved so much money *par-t*

You think that's bad?
A friend of mine bought GTI 25th anniversary and he didnt know how to drive manual, he was riding the clutch all the time. His clutch died after 3000km.

Dealer changed it free of charge.

you argue long enough the dealership will give in...but any aftermarket installation will mess up your warrenties.
