What the diameter of the thread?
We use similar fasteners (M5 thread = thread diamter of 5mm) and screw the coarse thread into our front skirts. This allows the part to now have a threaded stud which would go through the bumper and get fastened behind with a nut.

It is an M5 thread. 10mm nut
Where do you get them from?
I checked at a couple of hardware stores but no luck :(
