Uploading Pics

how do you upload pics into a forum message? i tried the 'insert image' button and got nothing but somewhere to enter a web address!!! *mumble* then i looked down under the text box and saw the 'manage attachments' button and tried that and i keep on getting errors!!! :mad: can someone tell me what i am doing wrong... :confused:
the files are JPEG if that makes a difference...

please let me know

the image is to big .. if your getting a message error

make them smaller and try uploading again. *wiggle*
