I have a friend at work that is selling a BMW 325is 2 door with 265k on it. The vehicle has some rust on the trunk and front hood. It is in pretty good shape mechanically. What is a car like that worth?
I am deciding if to buy or not. My estimate is around $2500 is that right.

is it a E36 or E30? if for E36....it is a good deal....!!

I agree on the $2500 ballpark. High miles = lower value. These engines are strong but they won't run forever.

That is an excellent Bimmer you have there. I also think $2500 is a fair price specially since it is uncertified and it looks good from the outside. Who knows how much has to be put on the body and other stuff.
