VIN # Stickers on Body Panels??

Was looking at an e46 coupe today and noticed No Vin # stickers on either front fender.

I know the e36s usually have stickers aon all body panels, doors, etc.

Do e46 have this feature or not?

I noticed the same thing when checking out my '01 330Ci at the dealer. I could not find one VIN sticker so I first thought it was a total repaint!

Apparently BMW is no longer including body panel VIN#s on many models. Big mistake if you ask me. *thmbsdwn*
