my buddy has 2 of these, and he was going to give me one cuz he isnt getting dual exhaust on his car, so i could get it on for free.. just seeing if it was worth it or not, just seeing if anyone has heard it on a car and how bad it actually sounds, lol...

i know they arent the greatest exhaust, just seeing if its worht putting it on for now, if it would sound better than stock right now...

Stay stock, you will have a better sound and likely more torque! Or, if you can have it put on for free, put it on and go cause terror in quiet upscale neighborhoods... Whats that? a bird? a plane? a two-stroke? oh no hunny its that bimmer ricing out again.

lol, well here is my situation.... i bought the car almost a month ago... and the exhaust that is on the car right now has a leak n it, n the dealership i bought it from still has to replace it... anyways ive never heard a muffler like that on a bmw.. i have heard it on a cavalier n neon, n it didnt sound too bad... i mean i am not puttng any money into this for the muffler or installation. Wondering would it would sound like a neon/cavy or would it be louder?

in all honesty it probally wouldnt sound rice, if u take a performance v8 muffler and put it on a 4 banger, it sounds rice, i have 4 rice mufflers and it by no means sounds rice at all, its everything to do with compression and power

weren't you gettting that from adriano ?

Does the outlet diameter change the sound at all? It seems like the riciest exhausts I hear are also the biggest melon-cannons. The ractive one is what 4", alot of those mufflers sound good at low RPM but then they get super raspy up high.

yeah i was going to get it from adriano, but his was the dual tip exhaust.... and this one is for free.. haha....

i think im just gonna slap it on n see what happens... lol

That exhaust will sound like crap and will rust out in no time.......The body is too big and will have no back pressure and you will forsure get that foarting sound when you let of the gas or doing engine braking........
No dice
