Sold the 540i. Owner is taking it on Monday. I'm gonna miss that car.

oh, now it makes sense.. why would you sell a 540 6spd for a 330?? ah well.. 330ci is sweet and convertible is nice to have in the summer..

No dude, I sold the 540i because I got an offer that I would be stupid to refuse. I got the 330ci DIRT CHEAP, so that's the only reason.

Personally, even though the 330 is newer (only a year newer), it's only 1/2 the car the 540i is.

The E39 M5 is the epitome of all business class driving machines. It's perfect and it's the car that made me love BMW's. The 540i/6 was as close as I could get within my budget at the time and I have been extremely happy with it.

E60 M5? Sorry, but that is one ugly car. The new 5ers have been ruined by those ugly lights. Maybe it'll grow on me in a couple of years... but for now my favorite is the E39 M5. *mw*

The perfect trio would be an E39 M5 daily driver, H2 daily driver for the wife, and C6 Z/06 for the weekend warrior. All of them Twin Turbo! A man can dream... can't he? :D
