I know most of you guys are in Canada and i know that there is going to be a 545xi coming out (if it didnt come out already) for Canada. What i dont know is if there is going to be a 545xi or an AWD model of the 545i available for U.S. does anyone know?

I went to my dealer and they said there will be NO 545X series, only 530i. They even showed me the release statement from BMW Canada. So in the spring they will have 530i's with AWD, both sedan and touring.

are you referring to BMW Canada? or BMW U.S.A? if your saying theres no 545xi for Canada, than im guessing that they would not make one for the U.S. just didnt know.
Thanks

I haven't heard about Xi models, but the 545i will be replaced with the 550i. As will the 645Ci.

Will it be a V10 ?

No. Just the M5 and M6 will have the V10.

Actually, I don't post here much and in the mean time I can confirm that the 5 series will in fact get Xi. Starting with the 530i (which will be getting an all new inline 6 - the same one that will be used in the E90 330i - which will feature Valvetronic and an electric water pump....among other things), then on to the 550i and possibly into the 7 series.

550i sounds sweet.
