View Full Version : The raspy exhaust note is long gone...

...just got a Tubi exhaust installed on the M Coupe. What a difference! Very throaty and growls with throttle. The raspy sound from the OEM pipes is completely gone.
It was a cat-back system but Maranello only installed from the resonator back. They said it would be too loud if they did cat-back. After driving,I agree with their advice.
I'll post some sound sound clips soon.

glad you were able to get rid of the raspiness, the e46 M3's have that if you could call it a problem and doesnt have that nice growl found in other high end sports cars. Getting that exhaust work must make your driving experience that more satisfying everytime you open that throttle. *th-up*

Nice, Tubi = $$$$$
I went to see Richard at Bruellen when my cat died. Now I've got a nice 2.75" Exhaust with a high flow cat. Sounds awesome, expecially wjhen I'm on the gas.
