I have heard that they have been doing some bad things to bmw's recently which is why they changed from www.dinanbmw.com to www.dinancars.com. WTF happened?

Maybe they are expanding into other car models, such as MINI's. (And who knows what else later) That may be the reason for the change in the URL.
I also noticed that the original name "Dinan Engineering" is now just Dinan.

I read awhile ago that they're superchargers in z3's and m coupe I think we being installed very badly. When BMW dealerships were installing them they would cut away a piece of the frame or something. anyways dinan would not admit that there was a problem and people got very mad obviously. This was posted like last year so don't quote me. i'll try to find a link.

I heard of some really bad things that they did to the Z8 when they installed new headers.

The Z8 is the only thing I remember they totally messed up. They changed the name because theyre doing Mini and possibly other stuff. I believe they updated the site because its their 25th anniversary also
