I have a weight lifting bar that I'm giving away with a few weights. You'll have to pick them up though.. I have a bad back.
First come, first served!! *th-up*

details? are they metal? 1" or olympic bore?

The weights are the weider plastic type... and as for the bar, I believe it's the 1" with the optional bore that goes around it.. not sure what it's called, I'm not a weight lifter.

dammit, i need a straight barbell...but i hate plastic weights so i'll just let some1 else pick up the whole set.

It's fine w/ me if you just wnat to pick up the straight barbell.. even though I would still like to give out the whole thing. Can you take at least 4 to 6 "10 lbs" weights?

hm...i wouldn't mind...does the straight barbell have safety locks at the ends?...got any pics?....would the bar be able to hold about 150lbs of iron?
lolb ecause i'd be using it for benching and light squatting

Yes it does have the safety locks, and I my roomate had 250 lbs + on this bar for months with no problems whatsoever. I can get pictures tomorrow when I get home from work. Cheers!
