Im taking off my sc with intercooler,no tuner in my area,the sc is a.t.i procharger with front mount intercooler,you need to have piping done and tuning of computer and injectors........selling for 2500 firm heres the specs of the blower http://www.procharger.com/models.shtml worth 2300 usd alone

$2500 USD or CAD? Either way, that's an awsome price! This one is internally lubricated correct? So no need to tap any oil pans which is nice.
Do you have any more pics, perhaps from different angles?

I see your supercharger output spout is in the same direction and angle as on my vortech charger. It's a pain in the royal arse to design the piping system to fit, but I've finally found the right configuration to make it all work, so if anyone needs help installing this baby pm me, I'm more than willing!

For whoever buys this, pick up an SMT-6 from canspeed.com to do the tuning in your driveway, it's pretty easy and I can help with that install too (for a couple beers :))

p.s. miguel, procharger is a good supercharger company

sure, why not? You'll probably only be running 7 to 9 psi anyway.
A 325i/is can make about 333hp at 9psi if done properly, and intercooled.
(psi rating after the intercooler, so probably 10 or 11 direct from the blower)

if you wanted though, you could have it push 24psi, but I'm sure your motor wouldn't last more than 10 seconds :D
The nice thing about superchargers is you can simply buy different pulley combos to get more or less horsepower. Pulleys cost roughly $60 to $300 depending on whether it's a crank pulley or charger pulley, but they're the cheapest worthwhile bolt ons you'll ever buy *th-up*

Will this fit a M50 motor with ease, and how much would the piping, injectors, tuning, all that run me, i'm really considering this!!

No need for injectors, at least I haven't found the need...yet. I'm running 7psi with the stock injectors at the moment and haven't hear my engine ping at all even at the rev limiter. Mind you though, I have an adjustable vortech fuel pressure regulator in place so that could also be why. The FPR doesn't cost very much, roughly under $200 CDN.
Piping will depend on what you want, but a steel 2.5" mandrel U-Bend costs $25 a piece from the shop I go to, and I just hacksaw the suckers into the segments and shapes I need. You can avoid welding (mostly) by using rienforced silicone couplings, so it's all good, but the couplings aren't cheap at $20 a piece :(
(you can't use the type you're used to seeing with cold-air-intakes unless they're rienforced (have a threaded mesh in the rubber) otherwise the coupling will blow up on you.
I'd say, if you deleted the intercooler, you would need:

1x fuel pressure regulator $200 CDN (more or less)
1x 2.5" mandrel u-bend $25 CDN (for the blower outlet)
1x 3.0" mandrel u-bend $25 CDN (for the blower inlet)
2x 90' silicone rienforced elbow $12 ~ 30 USD each (get em off ebay)
2x 2.5" silicone rienforced couplings $20 CDN each :(
10x T-Bolt clamps, or regular hose clamps (but you risk leaking air) $1.39 ~ $4 CDN each
1x piggy back system (smt-6 like I have, $550 CDN), or custom tuned chip by MarkD or someone else ($$$).

As well, someone (like myself :)) would need to weld a spout on one of the pipes for your idle control valve to breath through.

that's about it, for your basic stage 1 setup, but expect some downtime because there will always be unforseen problems (trust me).
