Left headlight out need Help AGAIN

Hey guys well got the HID in and now the left one will not fire up at all, I tried putting in the original H1 bulb and still not firing up, check fuse what can i do here??????

I checked the wiring, can anyone tell me how to check the voltage to see if it is getting power, etc or point me to a guide for that stuff
