Wtb: 91-92 325

I am looking for my first Bimmer - but I suspect my cash available is insufficient.
I'd like a 1991-92 325, 5 speed with no more than say 200K kilometres. Right now I could afford about $4000 but it seems every car I see has been modified to the point where the asking price is up around 8 or 10K. Am I on a wildgoose chase ?

you do know that the 1991 is a e30 and a 1992 is a e36 the is a huge diffrance between body styles

Never, ever pay extra for a modified car. If anything, they reduce value in the market.

You could get a reasonably clean late model E30 for the $4000 you're looking for.
