Installing e36 OEM M3 Side Skirts - HELP!

posted this in the e36 section.. but some of you guys might be able to help too.. I'd like to install them tomorrow morning if I'm not too dizzy.

I have OEM M3 side skirts... they are used, already have the drill holes at the bottom. I have the clips for them as well.

How do I install them on my e36 Sedan? ... Do I remove the existing side skirts and just clip these in / screw them on? ... Does it go over the front fender piece??... Or do these go on OVER the existing side skirts like with an m-tech kit?

If you have the non-m3 twisted style skirts on your car now, then all you have to do is remove those, and replace with the new ones.

If you dont have sideskirts, all you have is the grey painted rocker panels that look like sideskirts... then you will need to drill holes, and put the clip inserts in etc. Either way its really easy.
