Hey all,
Looking for an e36 shell, prefer 2-door. Any sources? What yards should I call? Anyone have something with a blown motor?
I rolled my car at the track lst weekend, and I need a donor body :)

Well, if your looking for a track car, then a 4dr would be much better, since they have a stiffer frame.
How much would an E36 frame be worth?

I have heard this, but is this really true? I guess the B pillar is stronger. Anyway, the 2-door has more room for a cage, but either one will do at this point.
got torque?

Stock vs. stock, the 4-door is supposed to be a stiffer chassis.
But- once you put a good cage in a 2-door it will be more than stiff enough for track use.
The smaller door openings on a 4-door make getting in and out a pain, especially once a cage is installed.
Food for thought....
