1997 528i with lots of milage... buy?

I have the chance to get a great deal on a 1997 528i 5spd for cheap. I can get it for $10k as is.

Details:
black on black leatherette
ABS, Traction control, airbag lights on
245k km on it
small interior pieces missing (cup holders, a few switches are broken)

I've driven the car and it drives great.. i honnestly couldn't tell it had that much milage on it.

Its never been in an accident, and is all original still.

I'm just wondering if there's anything in particular I should look at?

And, if you had this car infront of you, would you buy it with the high milage on it?

Bring it to a BMW mechanic or even dealer and have them check it out even if they wanna charge you for it. You won't regret it.
