loud high pitched squeal that'll make you nauseated and if the dB were any higher.. make your ears bleed... it's a very good interior anti-theft precaution.. most people couldn't stay in the car long enough to rip out your stereo system without getting seriously disoriented and nauseated. helps even more if you throw in a couple interior strobe lights when your alarm goes off... have fun stealing your headunit then. :)
