I'm planning on lowering my 7 in a few weeks just wondering what springs are good to go with. Also do i really need to get shocks or can i just get springs? And whats the difference if i do and dont get shocks

if u don't get shocks....ur oem shocks will run out very soon...after that...the ride will be horrible....

the for the springs....there are many good companies that makes springs....its just how lower u wanna go...

All i really want is a 1.5" drop in the front since i have a like a two finger gap, the back is already pretty low and there is no finger clearance.

JUst wondering can you buy just front springs from an aftermarket company or do you have to get all four. As i'm looking at the back i think my tires are too wide and wont tuck with out rubbing.

You have to buy all four. I would suggest getting shocks aswell, will not only give you better handling but a better ride. Spend a little more now and you willl much happier in the long run. Suspension is not something you want skimp on.

install all 4 springs btw, dont install just the front..u change a lot more than just looks with lowering, your handling, balance, braking, acelleration is all ****ed up, plus so is ur safety ;)

yeah i know, i'm going to do a 1.3 drop in the front .8 in the back

get coilovers if u want to play around with the height.

Ya but i dont have 2000 to spend on a good coilver setup. I dont think anyone makes those cheap ones for it

actually the main reason you dont want to just drop the front is , it will screw up your brake ballast, which in turn would make your rear wheels lock up much faster then the front ones.

but also handling etc..
