black is the common choice, it looks sick with the 18''//m double spoke wheels

BimmerBlonde

topaz blue is very nice, Its got to be accompanied by some nice rims, I personnaly love to see clear corners on a bmw as well.

I just had my car taken in to get the clear corners and I hope it turns out ok.

Sorry I can't give you much mechanical advice, but when it comes to looks and comfort, make sure you really check out all the features and options in the car. When I was looking for mine, I was surprised to find that some of these cars don't come with simple things like mirror light (you know to put on your make up), cd player, hand rest, etc. I was annoyed by these things cause when your looking for a previously owned car you cannot pick and choose like you would when buying brand new from a dealership. If you are buying brand new, then make sure to pay attention to these little details, as they definetely come in handy (like the mirror light - your girlfriend will thank you).

Going from a truck to a small sedan/coupe??

Best 3 series you can get right now...excluding the M3 is the Performance package 330 fully loaded...

burnhard88
07-22-2004, 07:14 PM

07-22-2004, 07:43 PM
well if you want a 330ci with the m package and cab its gonna cost you 70g's brand new. so thats ten over but take a look at the price of a coupe, not to sure how much they are with m package but man with the carbon fiber dash acents and the swade steering wheel, shift boot, and hand brake boot its pretty sick. Seats might be swade too not sure our dealership hasn't had one in a while so i can't remember.

I hope you're taking into account taxes.

I priced my 330ci out to 63gs and then with taxes and freight and all that crap, the price was 75gs

**** taxes.

07-23-2004, 01:07 AM
when i built the bimmer off there website it came to 58g's... but question... should i go 6 spd manual even tho i dunno how to drive a manual tranny??? or go with steptronic???

lol... veeery funny... so looks like no go with a steptronic then... the owner of the dealership said if i bought a car standard there, someone will take me out and learn how to drive it... so that's kind of a bonus...

*uzi*

burnhard88
07-23-2004, 01:23 AM
and another thing that sucked is that their policy is to not allow anyone to test drive an m3... i bet if my mom got a test drive in that she'd get it for me... bastiges...

burnhard88

sapphire black is incredible but aweful to keep clean, good luck. the m sports package with imola red is hot, me like very very much.
one thing to do for sure is to choose the cinamon, red or tan interior, looks so smashing you'll have to get it, dont go for boring black or light grey. friend of mine's mom got a 330ci steel grey convertible with red interior (bmw individual) looks like a show car man.
will you consider silver grey, looks incredible, just like mine.
a self adjusting clutch, adjusts itself to your driving habits to reduce wear , i dont really think it works, are you getting manuel? i would.
the 18" m wheels comes standard with the m sports package, its worth it.
if you want to test drive an m3 and are serious on buying my sales guy can arrange for you. let me know. rollee

burnhard88
07-23-2004, 10:55 AM
hmm... i was thinking of even the tan interior on the alpine white... would it still look good... alpine white with tan interior???

*uzi*

rollee
07-23-2004, 10:59 AM
cinamon interior is fantastic looking, bmw alphine white looks glorious too. it will go well with tan interior.
i just dont like to see black/ light grey interiors on bimmers anymore, too boring.

burnhard88
07-23-2004, 11:00 AM
yea... definatly too common... wanna make this one of a kind... like my bros' e30... but then again... i find e30's more one of a kind than e46's... :P...

*uzi*

burnhard88
07-23-2004, 11:04 AM
damn... it won't let me take the sand interior when i click on the 18" m rims... makes me only go with this anthracite kind...

*uzi*

burnhard88
07-23-2004, 11:07 AM
ehhh... maybe she'll feel in a good mood and soend the 75g's for the m sport pkg... :D...

Does the car HAVE to be brand new?

if not you can get a used M3 or something :)

or a used 330ci with low km's

You should also look into insurance before you get to excited. I was all ready to buy a 2004 M3 until the insurance company said insurance would cost 14gs a year.

burnhard88
07-23-2004, 02:02 PM

get a 330xi and put about 2 g's of engine mods in it. YOU WONT REGRET IT.
my dad just drove mine yesterday after the mods were done and he wants to trade me his S500 for it now haha.
Test drive one. The handling you can't beat, and you are MUCH better off for the winter (no sandbags in the trunk, no tire changes, etc.) with one. Dont think I'm biased beacause I drive one, because a lot of my friends who have IS300's, CTS's, and RWD 3 series regret not getting an xi after driving my car! :D

DON"T WASTE $$$$$$.
Why buy something that's more expensive to repair then the Hemi.
Just tell Mom to driver the FAK'n thing.
If she's needs something cheaper I'll see what I can find out.
If she still has a problem she can call me.

burnhard88
