Use some rocks.

Or do a search, if you can't find anything good, check R3V Limited

Go to www.amimotorsports.com (http://www.amimotorsports.com ) and check out the FK spring and shock combo.. I believe they are $890. Anybody know how the ride is on these bad boys?

What do you want to use the car for though?
Road, track?
How impoertant is drop vs ride comfort to you?

Also check roadfly.org e30 forums(make a search)

I rode in Mystikals E30 today and he has Ground Control Springs and Koni Shocks.

I really liked the height and feel of his ride. I think I am going to use this setup as well.

The ground control springs can be adjusted to different heights and are around $400US. The Koni shocks, apparently you can get away with just replacing the front struts as the rear shocks on the E30's don't do much.

Anyway, that is another option for ya!

Bilstein Sport shocks are pretty good for the price

In terms of cost and availability, you think it's better to grab an m3 suspension or just go brand new?

I don't mind a firm suspension....

Anything from a lift kit to a 6" drop. It's a custom spring/perch setup, a (semi) coilover
