Canadian magazine features

I am a UK based motoring writer and am visiting Canada for a couple of weeks during the end of August. I write for a number of different UK magazines (BMW Car, Performance BMW etc) and will be accompanied by Max Earey, a photographer for both those titles.

We are looking for special feature cars for the magazines and although we will be based in Ottawa, we are prepared to travel and already have jobs lined up in Kitchener and Toronto.

no prob... try to come at the beginning of August for ImportFest... honestly, that's where you will get the best coverage and make the best contacts for the magazine.. check out the website at www.importfest.com

even if you can't make it there officially.. try to work out a deal with the people hosting the event to collect information from the car's running in the competitions... contact info.. or give away some type of promotional freebies from your company which'll be given to the people entering....

something you shoud think about / get on top of asap.. since August is right around the corner.
