Hey could any of you guys help me out with info on tucking the old diving board bumpers in closer to the car? I would appreciate any help.

i think you just drill into the shock absorbers, there was a thread about this. do a search.

To speed up and ease the process find someone else with an older e30 and do it together. If you line the cars bumperto bumper you can easily push out the fluid and evenly push in the bumpers. Obviously let the bumpers touch before using the accelerator.

I wouldn't recomend that at all...
(using another car or a wall to push them in)

Use a drill and punch a hole in the shocks, Then you can
just push them in by hand.

I also wouldn't recomend doing the rear. It'll leave a
nasty gap (unless you can moddify the plastics to hug the bumper)

Here's my thread on e30tech.com with pictures and
stuff. :)
