weird conversion

I saw this ad in buy & sell which is a west coast publication. I have certainly never heard of anyone doing this before. I can't imagine it begin that much faster than a 535i? What do you guys think?

really? hmm, I've never heard of it.....in old 240 volvo's..yes, but not in BMW's

they werent putting out that much power.....i think its slightly faster then a 535.
