Crap, I was trying to undo the flange from the headers to the piping, and I broke two of the four bolts holding it in place. I'm thinking i'm slowly going to get an exhaust leak and I don't want that! Ahh! HELP! How should I go about this? Can I tap out and make new threads inside where the bolt would be? Or do I need a new header setup?

I got it off a 318is site ... i'm assuming it's the same header as my 318i on my m42 ...

i think m42s came original with headers
btw i think u can snp off the other 2 bolts
drill them out then just use a nut and a bolt with 2 washers to bolt everything back up together i dont see a problem in doing so!

It's kinda hard, 'cause the other end of the bolt is welded to the flange ...
